Accepted payment methods include credit card, or other approved platforms.
3.3 Revisions and Cancellations
We strive to provide work that aligns with your vision. Design revisions are subject to limits defined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
You may cancel services at any time in writing. Deposits or payments made for work already completed are non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your contract.
 
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about space measurements, photos, and preferences during the design process. Failure to provide timely responses or approvals may delay project timelines.
Lux Living Concepts by Shanty is not responsible for delays caused by vendor backorders, shipping issues, or client inaction.
 
5. Product Recommendations and Purchasing
As part of our design services, we may suggest furnishings, decor, and materials from third-party vendors. You are responsible for the final purchase of all products unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of products sold by third parties and are not liable for any damages, delays, or losses related to your purchases.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, renderings, mood boards, and digital assets created by Lux Living Concepts by Shanty are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any design materials without our written permission.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lux Living Concepts by Shanty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or Site, including but not limited to delays, defects, or vendor issues.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services related to the claim.
